About the Role
Our Audi Mornington dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Receipting and checking parts deliveries
* Maintain the parts department in an organized manner
* Accurate parts data entry into DMS system
* Interpretation of parts requests using parts manuals and computer applications
* Ensure all parts enquiries are processed in a timely and professional manner
* Assist internal staff with spare parts support when required
* Provide support to customers over the phone regarding products and identification of spare parts when required
* Carry out general duties from time to time as requested by the Service Manager
Key Skills and Experience
* Fully qualified Parts Advisor with Audi/Skoda/VW experience as an advantage
* Exceptional customer service & organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player with the ability to build rapport with other stakeholders
* A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
Ongoing manufacturer training will be provided.
