Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for warehouse operations and continuous improvement? We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operations executive to lead and grow our warehousing capability and functions. This role will drive efficiency and support the long-term growth of our operations ensuring we deliver on our commitment to the overall supply chain operations within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Supply Chain, the Head of Warehouse Operations and Logistics will lead the warehousing and distribution team to deliver operational excellence and optimise warehousing operations to deliver company objectives.
As the Warehouse Optimisation Manager, your leadership will be pivotal in achieving operational excellence in the following areas:
* Strategic Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Strategy development and Delivery: Collaborate across teams to develop and execute strategic plans for warehouse facility improvements, automation projects, and capital investments.
* Warehouse optimisation and efficiency: Oversee overall warehouse operation including inventory management, compliance, and planning, providing a reliable foundation for ongoing operations and driving CI.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that drive efficiency, sustainability, and automation, ensuring that improvements deliver measurable benefits.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role, ideally within a large industrial organisation.
* Strong data analysis skills, with experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, and value stream mapping.
* Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan Scale) and a deep understanding of warehouse operations.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the management of cross-functional teams and the implementation of long-term strategic projects.
