Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic planning and delivery of medical workforce initiatives that support sustainable healthcare services across Metro South Health.
* Provide expert advice to executive leaders on complex workforce, governance and organisational challenges.
* Oversee medical workforce employment, credentialing and compliance frameworks to ensure safe, high-quality and contemporary practices.
* Drive innovation, service improvement and key strategic projects that enhance workforce capability and future service delivery.
About You
You are a strategic and influential leader with extensive experience operating at a senior or executive level. You bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex environments while delivering sustainable workforce outcomes.
* Proven experience leading workforce strategy, planning or organisational initiatives within a complex environment.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, supported by sound judgement and strategic thinking.
* A collaborative leadership style with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through change and continuous improvement.
