Job - Responsibilities
* Take control of your own file load, consisting of motor vehicle, workers' compensation, and public liability claims.
* Work alongside lawyers and paralegals, independently managing case files and ensuring timely progress.
* Assist in case preparation, legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and insurance carriers.
* Participate in training and professional development sessions organized by the firm.
* Progress through the firm's career ladder to become a top‐rated lawyer.
