As part of an embedded team, the staff member will work full-time to provide specialised systems and services that are essential capabilities within a high security environment. They will maintain, sustain and incrementally improve these systems to meet the client's evolving requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the delivery of the agreed SoW to the satisfaction of the client including:Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support all client ICT systems, infrastructure, hardware and software.Maintain standard build templates and documentation for client systems.Ensure the baseline configuration of client systems and environments.Respond to client ICT support services in accordance with ITIL Service Management.Provide remediation and stabilisation of client networks, inclusive of all support arrangements.Identify areas for process optimisation and efficiency improvements and contribute to a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking to employ a diverse range of people who are committed, adaptable, collaborative and resilient.
