Remuneration: $147,653.00 - $175,917.00 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading)

About the Opportunity
Join Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) in a pivotal leadership role where you will lead the delivery of expert industrial and employee relations advice across MLHD, providing strategic direction, leadership and support on complex workforce matters.
As the Senior Manager, Workplace Relations, you will be responsible for:
* Lead complex industrial and employee relations matters
* Provide strategic advice to Executive and Senior Leaders
* Lead negotiations, dispute resolutions and tribunal matters
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, leadership teams and unions
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent extensive experience in leading workplace or industrial relations functions within a large and complex organisation.
A demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and drive organisational change at a senior level, including within complex industrial environments.
A proven track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes across workforce or industrial relations in highly complex settings.
Strong resilience, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach when managing competing priorities and complex issues.
Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence diverse stakeholders.
