Key Responsibilities
* Telehealth Services: Provide virtual consultations to elderly residents, managing acute issues during rounds and writing progress notes.
* Collaboration: Work alongside a GP for face-to-face visits and receive specialist Geriatrician support for aged care advice.
* Scheduling: Manage scheduling and service delivery, ensuring seamless care transitions.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP)
* Registration: Gen Med registered
* Personal Laptop: Required to perform duties
