Core Talent is a specialist recruitment consultancy covering Engineering, Rail, Mining, Construction, and Manufacturing across Australia and we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a pipeline of regional civil works projects for Tier 1 mining clients.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of multiple civil construction projects
* Strong site presence
* Delivery of earthworks-led scopes, with exposure to utilities
* Commercial oversight including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
* Coordination with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
* Support estimating and procurement during quieter project periods
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in civil construction, at least 5 years
* Strong background in earthworks (essential)
* Working knowledge of utilities installation(essential)
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects for Tier 1 mining clients
* Commercially astute, organised and self-driven
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Willing to pitch in across the business as required
