We are looking for a highly motivated Diesel Technician to join our crew full‐time. You'll be at the heart of our operation, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a full range of cutting‐edge CAT equipment and components to ensure peak performance, safety and exceptional value for our customers.
About the Role
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Carrying out overhaul, repairs and maintenance of earthmoving, construction, mining and agricultural components
* Troubleshooting and testing of components, engine transmissions and fuel system
* Ensuring appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are applied at all times
* Complying with all company safety, health and environment procedures
* Providing quality customer service
* Ensuring the surrounding work area is clean and safe
About You
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Experience as a fully qualified Diesel Technician
* A strong commitment to safety, health and environment procedures
* Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and computer diagnostics (highly desirable)
* Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and service systems (desirable – other heavy diesel machinery experience considered)
