Role accountabilities
Our Civil Infrastructure teams support major transport and infrastructure projects across Australia. As a graduate, you will work on highways, stormwater, utilities, pavements, and related areas, contributing to sustainable and innovative projects that improve quality of life.
Qualification & Experience
* A strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
* Well‐developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Innovative thinking, self‐motivation, and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of your career development.
* Strong communication and presentation skills when working with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
