Opportunity
This is a Permanent full-time opportunity.
Provide high quality confidential administrative and secretarial support, including calendar and diary management, travel arrangements, data entry, collation of training manuals and resources, formatting, report typing and assistance to the Program Manager of SERQU, Director of Training and Chief Training Supervisor for Mental Health Service Group and demonstrating efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements
* Ability to work autonomously and to act innovatively, resourcefully and meet deadlines and commitments relating to the day to day functioning, including procedures and practices of an executive team.
* Demonstrate high level of communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
* Possession of advanced computer skills including Queensland Health Information Management Systems; Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
