About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead large-scale property development projects across Adelaide. This is a strategic role, overseeing the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end project delivery for major developments.
* Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk analysis.
* Manage planning approvals and liaise with councils and regulatory bodies.
* Lead consultant teams (architects, engineers, planners) and negotiate contracts.
* Oversee budgets, cash flow, and project timelines.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and community groups.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in property development, ideally in residential or mixed-use projects.
* Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Degree in Property, Finance, Urban Planning or Engineering.
