About the role
As Head of IT, you’ll lead Sundale’s IT function, covering infrastructure, applications, information and security.
More importantly, you’ll be the connector between technology and people working closely with leaders, managers and frontline staff to ensure IT is a trusted, responsive and enabling partner across the organisation.
You will report to the CFO, collaborate with the Executive Team, and provide guidance and service that empowers every part of our organisation to thrive.
- Leading and developing a high performing IT team focused on service excellence.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation to understand and meet business needs.
- Designing and implementing IT strategy aligned to Sundale’s Digital Strategy.
- Overseeing infrastructure, systems, applications and service delivery.
- Managing cybersecurity, governance and risk.
- Delivering projects on time, in partnership with stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Senior IT leadership experience with proven service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking and enterprise systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and delivering projects that improve operations and outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (IT/CS) or equivalent experience.
