Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee daily store operations.

* This includes supervising employees, managing inventory levels, and ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise store staff, provide guidance, and support their development within the role.
* Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving new inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* At least two years' experience working in a retail management position.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
