YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the hotel's digital marketing strategy across all channels
* Manage and maintain the hotel website — content updates, performance monitoring, UX improvements
* Develop and execute SEO strategy, managing external contractor for on-page, technical, and local SEO to drive organic traffic growth
* Create and manage all marketing collateral including all menus for F&B— digital and print — ensuring brand consistency
* Build and manage EDM campaigns end-to-end — copywriting, design, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting
* Grow and maintain the hotel's email database, ensuring list health and audience segmentation
* Brief and manage external agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators
* Coordinate F&B, spa, events, and accommodation marketing campaigns
* Track and report on performance metrics — traffic, conversions, bookings, open rates, ROI
* Work closely with Revenue Management to align campaigns with rate strategy and demand periods
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 3–5+ years marketing experience, ideally in luxury hotel or hospitality
* Proven digital marketing skills — SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing
* Hands‐on EDM experience — proficient in platforms such as Revinate
* Website management, Meta & Google Paid Ad
* Public Relations Experience
* Strong copywriting and creative direction ability
* Ability to produce quality collateral in-house (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
* Data‐driven — you track what you launch and iterate based on results
* Self‐sufficient — you don't need hand‐holding, you deliver
