• L1/L2 productionoperations support for enterprise data/analytics/integration platforms in acritical production environment (incl. financial market infrastructure)
• Incident management & troubleshooting capability to diagnose under timepressure and restore services within response targets, with structuredescalation.
• Hands-on batch processing / scheduling / monitoring experience (operating andsupporting scheduling + monitoring tools).
• ITIL-aligned IT Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow hands-onexperience for incidents/problems/changes/requests.
• Non-functional validation / operational readiness experience (performance,reliability, recoverability, restartability, monitoring/alerting verification).
