We Are Key Assets Australia

Key Assets Australia (KAA) is a leading not-for-profit, children, family and community services agency, founded in Australia in 2007. We provide foster care and family services. Operating across all states, ACT and Norfolk Island, our purpose is to achieve positive and lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities. To achieve that, we need people like you!

A Little About the Role

The ICT team is seeking an experienced Test Specialist to contribute to the successful delivery of KeyLink 2.0 - our major case management tool based on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and integrating with UKG Ready (HR) and Myob Acumatica (Finance). As KAA moves into the build phase of the new solution, the role undertakes three vital functions:

* In conjunction with business subject matter experts, refine and finalise detailed business requirements that will be built into the system by KAA's implementation partner.
* Lead the testing of the delivered solution against the detailed business requirements, including coordination of both technical and user acceptance testing.
* Document defects and issues found during testing including identification of the issue and desired target state, to be provided to the implementation partner to resolve.

As a member of our National Support Services Team, you can work hybrid from any of our offices across Australia (QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, TAS, WA).

The base salary for this position is $110,704.00 - $116,531.00 per annum (based on 1.0 FTE), + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.

This position is a full-time, fixed term role until April 2027.
