Volunteer Information and Referral Consultant
Citizens Advice Bureau (Supported by Volunteer Melville!) – Fremantle WA
Responsibilities
* Answer client queries received by phone calls, emails and face to face interactions.
* Schedule appointments for legal and other CAB services.
* Complete all survey and statistical reporting where necessary.
* Ensure all processes are followed accurately.
* Attend ongoing training where required.
* Adhere to CAB policies and OHS at all times.
* Report any identified hazards to health or safety of volunteers or staff immediately.
* Keep desk tidy and clean.
* Assist the VCSC and Branch Coordinator with any other duties that are required.
