Schedule Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and team members during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Exceptional Service - Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests, meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Training and Coaching - Assist management with training and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and improve overall performance.
* Restaurant Operations - Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
* Financial Management - Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results, including managing food cost and labor cost.
* Leadership - Work with the General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety.
Requirements:
* A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
* ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
* Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
* Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
* Emotional resilience and patience, leadership skills, and ability to think on your feet
