About the Role
Reporting to the Board, the CEO is accountable for the effective leadership, governance, and performance of the organisation, delivering sustainable outcomes and high-quality care. The CEO will:
* Lead and execute the strategic direction of the organisation in partnership with the Board
* Build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative leadership team
* Ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant healthcare service delivery
* Drive financial sustainability, governance excellence, and risk management
* Strengthen relationships with government, community, and key stakeholders
* Identify and deliver growth, innovation, and service development opportunities
* Champion organisational values and foster a positive, accountable culture
* Maintain strong governance, transparency, and performance reporting to the Board
About You
You are a visionary executive leader who is deeply aligned with community health outcomes and values-led leadership. You will bring:
* Proven CEO or C‐Suite experience in a health or regulated environment
* A track record of leading organisations through growth, reform, or transformation
* Strong strategic, financial, and people leadership capabilities
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience working effectively with Boards and governance frameworks
* Deep understanding of the Australian health or human services landscape
* A passion for delivering meaningful impact to communities
Qualifications
Oseca will consider applications from candidates with tertiary qualifications in business, finance, health or a related discipline. Relevant postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
