Job Summary
Servicing and maintenance of heavy diesel equipment is a key component of this role. As a Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults to tight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing regular maintenance on diesel engines and other associated components.
* Liaising with managers and supervisors daily to discuss project progress and any challenges faced.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Current driver's license (highway route preferred).
* Fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
* Sound knowledge of diesel engines and emissions, drivetrain, brakes, and suspension.
This role requires an individual who is action-focused and result-oriented. Basic auto electrical knowledge and computer skills are also essential. We seek a team player who can contribute positively to our organization's success.
