Role Description
The Technical Deployment Coordinator and End User Support roles are contract based for about 5 months, on‐site positions required in 4 states (QLD, VIC, SA and NSW) at different locations mentioned below:
Vic: Melbourne, Somerville, Thomastown, Benalla, Warragul, Shepparton
QLD: Eaglefarm, Yatala, Currumbin Waters, Parkhurst
SA: Kidman Park, Adelaide, Port Pirie, Mount Gambier
NSW: Wagga Wagga, Albury, Tamworth
In this role, you will coordinate and track technical deployments, schedule and follow up on on‐site activities, and ensure that project timelines, resources, and deliverables remain aligned with client requirements. You will provide end‐user support by responding to service requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to relevant technical teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate deployment and support documentation, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and collaborating with users and project managers to minimize downtime and disruption. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, suggesting process enhancements, and supporting knowledge base and procedural documentation.

Qualifications
* Strong project‐focused abilities, including Project Coordination and Project Management skills to plan, track, and deliver technical deployments.
* Well‐developed Analytical Skills to interpret technical information, identify trends in incidents, and support data‐driven decisions.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with end users, explain technical concepts clearly, and manage expectations professionally.
* Experience providing end user support in IT or technical environments, including basic hardware/software troubleshooting and incident handling.
* Familiarity with ticketing or service management tools and standard deployment/change management processes.
* Ability to work on‐site in the mentioned areas. Prioritize tasks in a fast‐paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams.
* Relevant certification or training (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar) is advantageous; prior experience in field services or industrial/operational environments is a plus.
