Responsibilities
* Has a minimum of one year experience cooking in an a la carte restaurant environment.
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality seasonal dishes.
* Assisting senior chefs.
* Preparing fish and seafood.
* Keeping stations clean and compliant with food safety standards.
* Adhering to food hygiene practices.
* Mindful portion and waste control.
* Using a keen eye for detail.
* Moving with a sense of purpose to work efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanour.
* Accountable and self‐motivated.
* Maintaining excellent personal presentation and a clean work station in an open‐kitchen environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Confidence and capability to work in both team and individual environments.
Qualifications
* Experience: One year in a restaurant setting (required).
* Legally authorised to work in Australia (required).
Pay & Hours
Full‐time. Salary: $75,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year. Work location: in person.
