Key Responsibilities
* Create professional and personalized experiences for customers to enhance their jewellery and watch collections.
* Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and drive Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Cross-train and develop Team Members to become selling superstars.
* Lead by example to achieve personal targets while identifying opportunities to maximize store sales.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, in-store safety, and visual merchandising.
