Job Overview:

The role of a Customer Service Advisor involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and timely support. About the Role:

This position requires a customer-focused individual with strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured environment. The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat
* Process bets accurately and efficiently, meeting key performance indicators
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, focusing on quality outcomes
* Log clear and concise notes in our customer database for future reference
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, bet types, and key events to provide expert advice
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Adapt to new duties and opportunities for skill development within the customer service team

Requirements:
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa for full-time work
* Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is highly valued
* Strong verbal communication skills for this phone-based role
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
* Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
* A team player who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment
