The Role As Payroll Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated payroll services team, ensuring the seamless delivery of managed payroll solutions.
You will coordinate daily operations, mentor and develop team members and act as the first point of escalation for payroll issues.
This role also involves building strong client relationships, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant controls and standards.
