A registered My Aged Care and NDIS provider, Police HomeCare offers a comprehensive range of home assistance and on-site services to the policing and wider South Australian community. The exceptional chance exists for a new General Manager to steer the organisation through its next phase of operations and growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors and responsible for strengthening organisational capability, the General Manager will enhance service performance and quality, ensure compliance with sector standards, optimise the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support services and manage the full suite of human, material and financial resources while shaping the strategic direction and leveraging growth opportunities within the rapidly evolving Aged Care and NDIS sectors.
This role demands a dynamic, forward-thinking and visionary executive with proven senior leadership experience in the Aged Care, NDIS, Health Care or Community Services sectors, underpinned by a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have sound knowledge of My Aged Care, Support at Home and NDIS frameworks, and demonstrate strategic leadership, high level communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to shape culture, strengthen capability and deliver consistent, person-centred services. Proven capacity to stabilise operations, lift organisational capability and lead confidently through change is essential, as is strengthening governance and risk practices and driving continuous improvement in service performance.
