What you’ll do
As the Senior Analyst role, you will support decision making in the Customer Personalisation & Identity business unit, across customer communications (orchestration of marketing emails and other owned comms channels), PDE (personalisation of Rewards offers) and NHP (personalisation of banner inventory).
- Partnering directly with stakeholders to deeply engage with business problems, executing plans for analysis and hypothesis validation to drive better decision making.
- Lead insights briefs end to end, from requirements gathering to executing a work plan and synthesising insights into engaging business packs.
- Promote a culture of test & learn, and support stakeholders to set up AB tests and analyse results.
- Advise on and build incrementality frameworks for the understanding of business impact of new digital products or marketing campaigns.
- Support reporting needs with the use of SQL and data visualisation tools.
- Effectively diagnose and translate ambiguous business problems into clear and actionable analytical work plans.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for business leaders across Customer Identity & Personalisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders, collaborating with cross-functional teams and other leaders within the Business Unit to provide thought leadership on leveraging data, analytics, modelling and self-serve reporting to unlock business value and shape strategy.
What you’ll bring
A commercial mindset with a thirst for partnering directly with stakeholders and being close to the business outcome and not just technical tasks.
- 4+ years of experience in data, analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and influencing business decision making.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills using SQL.
- Experience with AB Testing and ability to guide stakeholders end-to-end from setup to analysis of results.
- Strong data visualisation and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to synthesise insights concisely in slide packs.
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
