The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all early works activities including:
* Excavation and bulk earthworks
* Piling and shoring works
* Service relocations and civil infrastructure
* Traffic management and site logistics
* Coordination of subcontractors and plant operators
* Site safety, quality and program management
* Liaising with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience as an Early Works Foreman on high rise residential or mixed-use developments
* Strong knowledge of excavation, piling, shoring and civil works
* Excellent subcontractor management skills
* A proactive leadership style with a strong focus on safety
* Ability to drive program outcomes and maintain site productivity
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
