About the Role:
* Conduct issue resolution from root cause analysis to countermeasure implementation on electromechanical components.
* Investigate system assemblies and battery modules to identify root causes of failure.
* Design and conduct fault replication tests on battery and LV electronics and high-power converters.
* Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to drive resolution to identified failure causes.
* Provide inputs to design and manufacturing teams to improve design and production yield, including lessons learned and product teardowns.
Requirements:
* BS/MS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Strong demonstrable experience in battery electronics and battery modules for energy storage/automotive applications.
* Electrical/Electronic design experience is a strong plus.
* Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment: power supplies, multimeter, oscilloscopes, and other common equipment.
