* Delivering professional, friendly service to institutional clients and prospects
* Supporting client queries for both domestic and offshore teams, fostering collaboration
* Coordinating institutional client reporting and adapting to changing requirements
* Assisting with external marketing materials and maintaining consultant research databases
* Contributing to asset management questionnaires and proposals
* Proactively organising tasks, monitoring deadlines, and driving process improvements
* Collaborating with stakeholders across RQI and First Sentier Group to support a positive, high-performing team culture
About youYour experience and skills
* Candidates with 1-2 years' experience in client services, and/or an operational background within financial services of funds management
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Academic curiosity and a well-rounded profile through study and extracurricular activities
* Strong organisational, leadership, and time management skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and analytical ability
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver on tight deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively
