With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to lead the construction division.
About the Role
This leadership role oversees the delivery of multiple high-end residential builds while managing a team of Supervisors and Project Coordination staff. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will drive construction outcomes across programme, quality, safety, client satisfaction and overall team performance. This is a genuine opportunity to influence standards, processes and growth within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Construction Supervisors and Project Coordination staff
* Drive all aspects of project delivery across multiple live projects
* Oversee construction outcomes including quality, timelines, client satisfaction, safety and cost performance
* Maintain strong construction standards, compliance and consistency across all sites
* Coordinate procurement and support project programming and forecasting
* Provide leadership and support on complex builds, trade management and client escalations
* Work closely with the Managing Director to align project priorities and business outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders
* Champion safety, site presentation and disciplined risk management practices
* Ensure overall client outcomes consistently exceed expectations
About You
* Proven experience within a Construction Manager or Senior Project Leadership position
* Strong background delivering high-end residential projects
* Experience leading site teams and driving performance outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Hands‐on leadership style with the ability to problem solve and remove project blockers
* Highly organised with strong construction knowledge and attention to detail
* Passionate about quality delivery and client experience
