The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs is seeking an experienced Manager to work in our busy restaurant. The successful applicant must be available for, along with working weekends and Public Holidays.
We are seeking a professional engaging person to lead the Assistant Manager and Front of House Team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, whilst professionally leading and developing staff.
The role of the Manager involves but is not limited to:
* Manage daily operations of the business
* Manage and lead FOH team on a day-to-day basis
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Identify areas for improvement, develop & implement ongoing training programs
* Maintain daily FOH procedures, working with management to continually review and update
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all hospitality areas
* Be responsible for stock control
The role is hands on service based and the successful applicant must process the following attributes/skills/experience:
* Relevant Hospitality qualification
* Experience in managing a busy - fast paced café/restaurant
* Extensive knowledge of food & wine
* Passion for hospitality and desire to further your career in this industry
* Engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
* Experience in managing, training and monitoring a team
* Strong customer service experience
