At Sedgwick, you’ll lead high-stakes assessments and deliver trusted outcomes for clients and customers across diverse industries.* Investigate and resolve complex liability claims with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer care.* Interpret insurance policy terms and negotiate claim outcomes with clients and insured parties.* Identify fraudulent claims, manage salvage and recovery, and ensure adherence to legislative and client requirements.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing a significant portfolio beyond core accounts.* Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to team capability and development.**About you*** You’re an experienced senior loss adjuster with a deep understanding of liability frameworks and insurance regulations.* Hold a Dip. of Loss Adjusting through ANZIIF or relevant tertiary qualification* You bring strong investigative skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset.* You’re confident in report writing, stakeholder communication, and using technology to support your work.* You live Sedgwick’s values—accountability, collaboration, growth, inclusion, and empathy.**Caring Culture**It’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
