* commercial follow-through
Key Responsibilities
Attend all key account buyer meetings, capture accurate notes and agreed actions, and distribute to relevant internal stakeholders promptly

Manage product forecasting for key accounts — developing and maintaining forward demand forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Sales, supply chain, and internal planning teams
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, sell-in documents, and range review packs to a high standard
Manage day-to-day account administration — pricing submissions, product setup forms, promotional submissions, and retailer portal management
Monitor account sales performance data and prepare regular reporting and analysis for the Head of Sales
Liaise with internal teams — supply chain, marketing, finance — to ensure account needs are fulfilled accurately and on time
Represent the business confidently in customer-facing interactions, store visits, and buyer meetings when required
Bring structure and discipline to the account management process — owning forward meeting planners, action trackers, and account calendars

You know how to take direction from a fast-moving commercial leader and turn it into organised, executed reality. You're commercially aware enough to confidently communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, but you get your biggest satisfaction from seeing plans come together, keeping things organised, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
