Position Summary
We are hiring a Provisional Psychologist to join our growing AAA Psych Team in Melton, Victoria (3337). The role is values‐driven, collaborative, and offers a supportive supervision structure.
About the Role
The psychologist will live in the Melton region (or within 15km) and work with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behavior support practitioners, and physiotherapists to deliver meaningful outcomes for NDIS participants. Work will align with AHPRA, NDIS, and ethical standards.
Hours and Schedule
Super flexible: part‐time from 20 hrs/week (minimum 3 days) or up to full‐time. You choose what works for your life.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‐based, client‐centred therapy in a culturally safe way
* Complete assessments and turn findings into meaningful goals
* Manage your caseload with genuine support
* Co‐create and review support plans with participants and stakeholders
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
* Keep notes and reports aligned with ethical, AHPRA, and NDIS standards
* Join monthly team meetings and in‐services (snacks provided)
* Attend weekly internal supervision with protected time that actually helps

Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist
* High professional ethics and strong communication skills
* WWCC and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
* Driver's licence (P‐plates minimum) and personal vehicle
* Residency in the Melton Victoria 3337 region or within a 15 km radius
