We are seeking both experienced and entry-level candidates who will be supported in their career development by our team of experienced engineers.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Essential)
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend and participate in HSEQ Meetings. Assist in the review of HSEQ performance on the project and advise the Project Manager of any failures.
- Ensure any subcontractors/suppliers engaged are made aware and comply with HSEQ plans and the relevant Acts & Regulations.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and ensure adherence to safe working policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of those under direct supervision, subcontractors, visitors, and the public who are on or around the project site.
- Apply risk management practices and requirements, ensure they are adhered to, and assist in reviewing the company risk register against practices for the life of the project.
- Effectively manage communication and coordination of all project interfaces.
- Effectively manage and document any approved changes.
- Effectively manage and maintain project ITP’s, analyze results, notify the project management team of progress or discrepancies, manage any non-conformance.
- Liaise with the project survey team, ensuring adherence to project design specifications.
- Manage the submission and approval of project progress claims.
- Assist in the effective management of the project budget.
- Assist in the development and communication of project performance reports.
- Assist in the recording and analysis of monthly cost forecasts in accordance with Project KPIs.
- Effectively monitor and control all cost aspects associated with the Engineering department, obtain and document approvals, identify trends, and action to avoid cost overruns.

Other Requirements:
- FIFO (From Brisbane only) or DIDO Roster – Dependent on role, either 5/2-4/3 or 9/5.
