The role
Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time
Sales Coordinator
to join our vibrant team on Level 27 of our ultra-luxurious Barangaroo property. In this role, you'll support the Sales team with client inquiries, bookings, proposals, and sales contracts, while also assisting with site inspections, events, and client meetings.
As the first point of contact for potential clients and internal teams, you bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, can manage multiple tasks & activity with ease, and enjoy finding solutions – even when things don't go as planned.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hotel operations experience to step into a career in Sales, where you'll get exposure to a different side of the business and learn from a dedicated and passionate team.
Some of the key responsibilities will involve:
* Answering and directing calls and emails received on the general enquiry line and inbox
* Assisting Sales team with producing proposals, contracts and other documentation
* Collaborating with operational teams to ensure clients and VIPs have elevated experiences at Crown
* Supporting with reporting and project duties as required
* Managing the CRM and ensuring accurate data and information is updated accordingly
You'll have:
* Experience in administrative support (hotels or travel industry experience is a plus)
* Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders
* Commitment to customer service excellence and meeting client expectations
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to problem solve
* Skilled in using the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
* Familiarity with Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems and/or Opera PMS is beneficial
