The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same. The Person Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred. Passion for quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service Strong knowledge of food safety standards A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting Must have the legal right to work in Australia as no sponsorships will be offered ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
