An outstanding opportunity exists for a high-performing Mortgage Broker to join a well-established real estate group and build out the Loan Market offering across the Northwest WA region.
This is a headhunt-led opportunity designed for an experienced broker who is looking to step into a role with real scale, strong lead generation, and long-term growth potential.
The successful candidate will service multiple offices, with an initial base in Broome, and opportunities to expand into Port Hedland and Karratha as the business grows.

What You'll Be Doing
* Writing and structuring residential lending deals across a strong and active client base
* Building relationships within the local community and real estate network
* Leveraging internal databases and rent rolls to generate consistent deal flow
* Managing and growing a high-value lending portfolio
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise client opportunities
About You
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with strong settlement history
* Demonstrated annual settlement volume of $30M+ required
* Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage broking experience required
* Commercially driven with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* Confident operating in a community-based, referral-driven environment
* Strong character, integrity, and long-term growth mindset
* Motivated to build and scale a business, not just write deals
