The opportunity
We're hiring DIDO (Drive In / Drive Out) Utilities from Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Emerald, Rockhampton, Gladstone and the surrounding areas on a full‐time 14‐days‐on, 7‐days‐off roster at our sites in regional Queensland.

Responsibilities
Housekeeping / Cleaning
* Cleaning residents' rooms, storage areas and other areas within the village.
* Stripping and sealing of floors.
* Ensure resident room supplies are replenished.
* Cleaning of bathrooms.
* Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, removing rubbish and other cleaning duties as required.
Grounds Maintenance / Stores
* Valid forklift license essential for all stores roles.
* General works and maintenance e.g. mowing, general grounds works, grounds cleaning activities.
* Weeding and spraying.
* Operating machinery (whipper snipper, lawn mower, hedge trimmer).
Food and Beverage / Catering Attendant
* Provide food and beverage service to the required service standards.
* Maintain the cleaning schedule.
* Ensure all cash handling is accurate and in line with procedures.
* General bar duties as required.
* General kitchen hand duties as required.
* Ensure all areas are fully stocked during service periods including food items, drink dispensers, crockery, cutlery and consumables.
* Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
To be considered
* Essential – Current Australian Drivers Licence & your own reliable transport
* Essential – Ability to commute from your home to our site in regional Queensland.
* Essential – A Food Safety Certificate for all catering roles.
* Previous experience in a FIFO Housekeeping, Tavern, Dining and/or Catering will be highly regarded.
* Previous hospitality and/or cleaning experience and ability to work in a team.
* Current forklift license essential for all stores roles.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate essential for all Tavern/Retail roles.
* Police Clearance or willing to obtain one & medically fit to pass pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
