An exciting opportunity exists for a Procurement Specialist to join our client's growing organisation, helping build its procurement function as the business expands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing-to-contract processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, and contract management.Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.Run RFx processes, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and award POs.Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure procurement governance and SOX compliance.Track and report procurement savings and continuously improve KPIs.Provide procurement advice and establish best practices across projects.Skills, Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in procurement.Strong experience in vendor management, price negotiation, contract management, and data analysis.Highly computer-savvy, advanced Excel skills, and comfortable working across multiple systems, including API-related processes.Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at HudsonHudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
