Overview
As a Front Counter Sales Representative at ATOM Supply, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this full-time position based in Karratha, WA, you will be the face of the company, interacting directly with customers and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.
This is a residential role and will suit local Karratha residents.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a warm and engaging manner
* Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing recommendations
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a tidy and well-stocked store environment
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service
* Adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, preferably in the warehousing, storage or distribution industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate sales processing
