About the Role
Perth-based with site-based travel for an experienced HR Business Partner. This publicly listed resources organisation is undergoing rapid growth, which has expanded the human resources team to develop a high-performance workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational generalist HR support across a portfolio of sites, working collaboratively with site management teams.
* Coach and mentor line management, providing generalist advice on a range of HR matters.
* Manage grievance, disciplinary, and performance management processes.
* Handle industrial relations, workforce planning and performance review activities.
* Own implementation of key HR initiatives, including organisational culture, talent management, engagement and retention, reward and recognition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified HR Business Partner with proven generalist experience, preferably site-based.
* Background in mining, construction or relevant industry sectors.
* Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
* Full working rights to work in Australia.
* Practises a consultative, progressive approach and builds trust with stakeholders.
