We are seeking a passionate Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a supportive and growing allied health team. This is a hands‐on, client‐focused role where you'll make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
* Implement and review plans, adjusting strategies to achieve the best outcomes
* Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated support services
* Maintain accurate client records and meet compliance requirements
* Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
What we're looking for
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
* BSP Registered Practitioners or those working toward suitability
* Provisional Psychologists encouraged to apply
* Strong understanding of evidence‐based behaviour support approaches
* Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
