About The Role
This role supports major technology initiatives by designing, delivering and improving automated testing across enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will work with business and technical teams to develop and maintain testing frameworks and automation scripts that improve system quality, reliability and efficiency. They will provide expert guidance on testing approaches, support and influence stakeholders across multiple teams, and help build automation capability within the broader testing workforce. Success in this role will help ensure technology solutions are delivered smoothly, consistently and with reduced risk to business operations.

* Has strong technical skills in automated systems integration, testing and configuring complex test environments.
* Can provide expert advice on testing methods, tools and automation approaches to improve quality, reduce risk and support successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years of experience working in a similar role and organisation (mandatory)
* Demonstrable working knowledge of enterprise technology suites (Finance, HR, Payroll, M365, Asset Management, Networks and Identity) (desirable)
* Industry standard qualifications in test automation (desirable)
