Job Description
* Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments
* Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate new projects and funding initiatives
* Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
* Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements
* Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
* Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures
* Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
The Successful Applicant
* CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
* Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision‐making
* Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI highly regarded)
* Experience in NFP or government‐funded environments is advantageous (but not essential)
* A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a growth and transformation environment
* Passion for contributing to social impact and community outcomes
