Represent an innovative MedTech brand in a high-impact sales role as a trusted consultant to clinicians with direct patient exposure, owning a high-growth Melbourne territory across key hospital networks while working with a clinically differentiated neuromodulation system, building strong clinician partnerships, and delivering meaningful patient outcomes.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing medical technology company specialising in the development of advanced neuromodulation therapies. Their solutions are supported by clinical research and are used by specialist physicians across international markets.

With a growing global footprint, the organisation has expanded its commercial operations across multiple regions, supported by continued investment in product development and clinical education.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Territory Manager to take ownership of a Melbourne-based territory, focused on driving both clinical adoption and commercial growth across established and growth hospital accounts.

Unlike many traditional medical device sales roles, this position also offers direct exposure to patients during clinical procedures and therapy initiation in a controlled hospital environment, allowing you to see the real-time impact of the technology on patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for procedure support, clinical education, and account development within a highly specialist therapy area requiring strong commercial capability, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Driving territory performance and commercial growth across hospital accounts
* Building strong relationships with procedural specialists and key hospital stakeholders
* Providing in-theatre and procedural support during implantable therapy procedures
* Delivering clinical education and training to support therapy adoption and best practice use
* Supporting therapy initiation and optimisation in collaboration with clinical teams
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities across key accounts
* Growing utilisation across existing centres while targeting new clinical sites
* Collaborating with internal clinical and commercial teams to optimise account strategy

ABOUT YOU

* Proven success in medical device sales with consistent achievement of targets, experience in neuro, spine, orthopaedics, trauma, cardiac, or other surgical environments highly regarded
* Strong clinical credibility with confidence supporting cases in theatre
* Experience engaging with specialist physicians and hospital stakeholders
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of territory growth
* High level of empathy and professionalism when working directly with patients
* Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a growth environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and educate clinicians
