An exciting opportunity with a Government Organisation that operates a diverse property portfolio. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administration Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Property Admin Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Property Manager, including recurring projects such as annual tenant communications, rent analysis reporting, financial audits, and team meetings. Other duties include but not limited to:
- Preparing accurate monthly and ad-hoc invoicing for property agreements
- Administering sublease agreements and updating property management systems
- Coordinating tenant compliance including insurance and fire safety
- Liaising with tenants and coordinating maintenance with internal teams
- Maintaining property databases and ensuring data integrity
- Assisting with audits, rent analysis reporting, and recurring projects
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in property administration or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of property compliance, leasing, or legal processes will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of residential property would be desirable.
- Proficiency in picking up new software quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a conservative, team-oriented environment.
