About the role
We are seeking warehouse and store support person to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This role will play a crucial role in conducting the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse and assisting store functions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
What we're looking for
* Minimum of beginner to intermediate experience in a warehouse/store as a hands-on role, preferably with a wholesale industry
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
* Forklift license is a must
* Computer savvy, and the ability to learn to use our business ERP system
* Ability to service and process customer enquiries and provide store support as needed
* Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
* Previous experience working in a similar HVAC industry, preferred
